  7.      The Clearing House Bulletin Board System was created to give IBM-PC
  8. User Groups a central exchange point for newsletter articles and public
  9. domain software.  The Clearing House maintains a continuing direct contact
  10. with the authors to obtain new revisions of their program and prevent "bogus"
  11. versions.  In order to provide the best possible service to both the clubs
  12. and the authors an evaluation of each program downloaded is requested. This
  13. form is provided to aid you in the evaluation.  If everyone will provide an
  14. evaluation of a program the Clearing House will provide a consensus value
  15. to help identify the better programs.
